Erin J. Radekin

Ms. Radekin has been a private criminal defense attorney in the greater Sacramento area, practicing both California and federal law, since 2001. She has successfully used a broad variety of methods under California law to free clients from the negative effects of criminal convictions during her career, including “expungement” (Penal Code 1203.4); motions to reduce to misdemeanor (Penal Code 17(b)) motions to vacate based on court’s failure to advise of immigration consequences (Penal Code 1016.5); non-statutory motions to vacate; pardon and commutation; and extraordinary writs. In the last 10 years, a substantial portion of her practice has been devoted to post-conviction work. She regularly works closely with immigration attorneys to eliminate immigration consequences of criminal convictions.

M. Jeffrey Rosenblum

Mr. Rosenblum is a respected criminal defense attorney and has been in private practice since 1987. Although his office is located in Sacramento, he handles cases throughout northern California. He has represented hundreds of clients charged with criminal offenses in both state and federal courts. His practice is comprised of a variety of criminal defense, though a great number of the cases have included drug prosecutions. He has successfully defended hundreds of controlled substance prosecutions including a significant number of marijuana-related offences. He has also assisted many of his clients in obtaining “expungements” pursuant to California Penal Code 1203.4, and reducing prior felony convictions to misdemeanors, allowing clients seek gainful employment and begin to move forward with their lives.
